So thrilled with my beautiful new cushions! It's like brand new furniture...looks great and so comfortable. They're expensive - but totally worth it.

My cushions arrived in a timely manner and are perfect! The three cushions fit just right on my 12 foot 4inch long window seat that is beneath a large triple window. The quality is impeccable! They are beautiful and very comfortable. Also, the service provided by the Cushion Source staff, especially Peggy, was extremely helpful. I have recommended them to everyone I know. AND when you call them on the phone A REAL PERSON ANSWERS and is well qualified to help you with your order! Thank you Cushion Source! I can't imagine how y'all could be any better! Wonderful cushions and great customer service! My custom order was completed on time. Very beautiful and quality craftsmanship. Part of my order was lost in transit. I called your office to see what could be done to correct this. The lady that answered got right on it. She called the shipping company and started an investigation. Thankfully they searched their facility and my missing items were delivered to my front door within 12 hrs.

I love the workmanship/ colors / and incredibly responsive people that helped me get what I wanted. Any and all questions I had were answered very quickly. I even had an issue with two chair pads and you quickly and professionally fixed my issue and all is great now. In my opinion it's how a company handles issues that really shows how good they are.
