The cushion is perfect! The workmanship is outstanding. I am a little disappointed in the "rust" color as it appeared to be more maroon on my computer, but it is what it is. I may order more cushions for two chairs on our porch. The cushion arrived in a heavy plastic package rather than a box, so that was appreciated (due to lots of rain we've been having.)

Your person went to find the person working on it, made sure she did not cut yet, then directed me through the right measurements, made sure the inner cushion was adjusted- SAVED ME!!
