The website was easy to navigate. Since I needed custom items I had a few questions via email, and the response was always prompt. I was given an estimated ship date, and they even went out a little early. I'm very happy with the product.

The cushions are perfect. They look great. Very timely.

Customer service and production quality were excellent. We were guessing at correct size as we were creating new not merely replacement back cushions. In early spring, we will order the remaining cushions. These cushions are part of a large sectional in a screened in porch. We are shutting down the porch for winter now.
