I love my new cushions! They fit our outdoor sofa and two chairs perfectly. Even though the shipping carrier lost one of the three boxes, the order was replaced quickly, even calling me to double check the order and let me know when the replacement was being shipped. I was incredibly nervous about purchasing a custom cushion online for a window seat that we had just put in. Especially regarding the color of the fabric. I highly recommend calibrating your monitor or screen to ensure the colors you are viewing are as accurate as possible. The color I chose, Kravet Titan Chenille Fir, looks wonderful and the cushion is extremely comfortable! The delivery was delayed by a few weeks, due to supply issues (I think), which can be frustrating since the wait time is already a few weeks (understandable for a custom item!). However, the wait was worth it and I am happy to have this cushion in my kitchen! I will recommend this site in the future!
