the bench cushion arrived earlier than expected and was exactly as we hoped it would be - the customization tools on the website were easy to navigate (except for the fabric options - that was a bit complicated) and the fabric and styling options plentiful. really appreciate how easy you made it to customize to this degree, and how well crafted the cushion is.

Perfect! Nice quality and exactly what I wanted. Will enjoy for a long time and will order again. Took a while because of supply chain issues, but Cushion Source emailed me to let me know of delay and revised time frame. I totally understood because of the COVID issues.
