We placed our first order and had only one problem - one small area on a cushion wasn't completely sewn together - where water could have gotten in and damaged or aged the cushion as well as the cushion tearing over time - with that said I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and took it upon themselves to replace the cushion at no cost or problem to us - I would certainly do business with you all in the future!
