I was VERY happy with all aspects of my orders. I had a custom piece made, which turned out perfectly. There was a delay with the fabric I'd chosen. I was given the option to cancel my order or wait for 6 weeks for the fabric to come in. I waited. I talked several times to customer service. They were very helpful in explaining the delay and making sure they had all of the right measurements for my custom piece. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I was thrilled to find a sunbrella fabric that was out of stock everywhere, including sunbrella. I had hired someone to cover my cabin cushions, but he discovered there was a 5 month wait to get this item as well as most every other sunbrella fabric when he called sunbrella. The summer of 2021 after the peak of the pandemic appeared to be a time when everyone who did not feel safe to travel, decided to cover their porch or patio cushions, etc. Cushionsource had the 22 yards that I needed! I will be able to enjoy this summer on our boat with cushions!! Very courteous and friendly customer service. Quick delivery. I would buy from them again.
