Using the website was very straightforward, and I appreciated the tips along the way that helped determine measurements (like the note that adding piping along the edges would add an extra 1/4 inch to the overall dimensions). The cushions were well packaged when they arrived, look beautiful, and fit perfectly. The craftsmanship of the cushions themselves is high-quality.
