I was very happy with the product and Mr. Winter (who worked with me from the company) was very patient while explaining things I wasn't sure about. He made sure that I received my product on time as I needed it rushed. I was very thrilled with the service and the product.

This is my 2nd order with Cushion Source. The cushion arrived in great shape and met our expectations.
Although the quality of the product was great, the fit was not as expected. The bottom cushion is too large for the seat because I did not account for the fact that the back of the cushion would be square, whereas the actual seat part of the chair is rounded. As a result, the cushion hangs over the chair by about 3 inches. Perhaps you could warn people to consider that the rounded or curved parts of chairs should not be considered when measuring.
