Custom Throw Pillows are beautiful...well made,great value, excellent pricing... perfectly coordinate with my other sunbrella upholstered outdoor furniture....same fabrics, etc. that I was unable to get at place I orginally purchased furniture. When I need to get furniture replacement cushions, will come back to Cushion Source.

My order arrived earlier than expected. I ordered cushions to redo porch furniture. I needed cushions for 2 porch chairs for a total of 4 cushions. The "sofa" metal frame was originally done w/ 6 seperate cushions but I choose one longer cushion instead (1 for seat and 1 for back). I have already finished 2 cushions with zippers and they look nice. I had shopped around and didnt want to pay a fortune. This order was definetely more reasonably priced and just as good as the more expensive brand for replacement cushions. I am very pleased with order. I'll send pics as soon as Im done with project.

It seems your company is very interested in customer satisfaction. I am sure I am going to get my cushion back in perfect condition. My only minor complaint was the week long delay in getting back to me after the email was sent in with the photos. However, you were so sweet and helpful to me on the phone that I don't care about that. I'm sure it was hard to get back to work after the long holiday weekend. For your bosses, you can tell them for those of us on the west coast that I really appreciate you being there in the evening to handle my calls. I will tell my friends if they need a custom cushion or pillow, they can feel completely comfortable ordering from your company. Being perfect is impossible, but taking care of customers is essential. I am looking at ordering some pillows to accent my cushions.
