The order began with my phone call to your company, and the person who assisted with my order was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly; I was not sure of the colors of the fabric based on the picture on my computer. The order was then completed via e-mail. (He assured me that my e-mail address would be kept private.) I very much appreciated that the cushion could be made to my specific measurements with no ties.
