Excellent website and very good phone support. You are the only custom cushion source I could find that offered anything other than foam filling. We needed it to be virtually weatherproof like our Lane Venture cushions.

Cushions were as expected, so good. Delivery was much faster than you said, which is excellent. The products were received in good order although I was worried because one of the boxes was damaged.
Please see if you can track down the woman who read my initial on-line order, and who also answered the phone the day I called to follow up on the order. She is fabulous! I ordered the cushions as a Father's Day gift but didn't have enough time for your standard lead time. I put this info on my order, and followed up with a phone call, telling the woman all this. She had read my order and had already put a note into production to speed things along if possible, and she assured me she would follow up with production after our conversation. I received the cushions yesterday!!! I am so grateful, and so impressed. Customer Service is pretty much an archiac concept, but not with your company! You are wonderful. I haven't opened the packaging yet because I am waiting to give them as a gift, and I can't wait to see them. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

Custom Throw Pillows are beautiful...well made,great value, excellent pricing... perfectly coordinate with my other sunbrella upholstered outdoor furniture....same fabrics, etc. that I was unable to get at place I orginally purchased furniture. When I need to get furniture replacement cushions, will come back to Cushion Source.

My order arrived earlier than expected. I ordered cushions to redo porch furniture. I needed cushions for 2 porch chairs for a total of 4 cushions. The "sofa" metal frame was originally done w/ 6 seperate cushions but I choose one longer cushion instead (1 for seat and 1 for back). I have already finished 2 cushions with zippers and they look nice. I had shopped around and didnt want to pay a fortune. This order was definetely more reasonably priced and just as good as the more expensive brand for replacement cushions. I am very pleased with order. I'll send pics as soon as Im done with project.
