Our traditional custom steamer chair pads are ideal for any home, hotel, or outdoor setting. The seam runs across the front middle of the pad and creates crisp corners with seams along the front corners. Create your own style by choosing from hundreds of our fabrics, or we can customize your pad with your own fabric. Our economical steamer pads can be made for indoor or outdoor use, and your choice of ties can be added to make it perfect for you. Measurements are taken from corner seam to corner seam and do not include thickness of welting.

Our steamer pads work best for aesthetic purposes. If you are looking for comfort, we recommend our standard steamer cushions instead.

Single Welting
Cushion will have single welting (cording/piping) along the seam. All welting is cut on the bias, giving it an angled appearance. Welting Cut on the Bias

Cushion Width
Measure the width of the cushion at the widest point as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

Knife Edge

Medium Foam (Indoor)
Foam fill is recommended for indoor or protected outdoor applications since water may be retained in the foam cushion for longer periods of time.
*Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1" greater than your specified thickness, as the insert's thickness is slightly larger, making sure you get that taut, filled effect.
Reticulated Foam (Indoor/Outdoor)
Reticulated foam is a porous, low-density foam. Lightweight and mildew resistant, reticulated foam is an excellent choice for outdoor settings.
*Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1" greater than your specified thickness, as the insert's thickness is slightly larger, making sure you get that taut, filled effect.

The corners are squared.
Pinched
Pinched connection uses a seam sewn in the middle to connect your cushions. This method is available on cushions up to 4" thick.
Joining Piece
Joining Piece connection uses a flap of fabric to connect your cushions. The flap size is the same thickness as the cushion, which allows you to place the back on top of the bottom, and to also fold it.
