Steamer lounge chairs are already unique themselves, and we offer you the ability to fit your unique steamer lounge with our Optimal Comfort cushion. You can stay out in the sun longer with our Optimal Custom Steamer Cushion.

We start off with our quality upholstery foam as the cushion core. The core is layered with MicroGel Memory Foam on top and bottom which provides the cushion the option of reversibility. We then wrap the cushion on the bottom and top with poly fiber batting for further plushness. By placing the batting in these specific areas, we can ensure that the cushion may be placed side by side without bulging, giving your seating a clean uniform appearance. Next, the cushion filling is enclosed inside a Hanes liner.

*Please note that we recommend Optimal Comfort for indoor or COVERED OUTDOOR USAGE only and not areas that will be rained on heavily.

Measure the width of the cushion at the widest point as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

Optimal Comfort fill consists of a foam inner core with a layer of gel memory foam on top and bottom, fully wrapped in batting, enclosed in a liner with zipper. *Please note that we recommend Optimal Comfort for indoor or COVERED OUTDOOR USAGE only and not areas that will be rained on heavily. Pinched connection uses a seam sewn in the middle to connect your cushions. This method is available on cushions up to 4" thick.

Joining Piece connection uses a flap of fabric to connect your cushions. The flap size is the same thickness as the cushion, which allows you to place the back on top of the bottom, and to also fold it.
