A Coat of Paint & Custom Cushion For Antique Chair

"The antique furniture had seen better days but there was a HUGE sentimental attachment to keep something that gave comforting reminders of my parents who have both passed on. So after some elbow grease on the sanding and rebuilding a base for the chair bottom to reflect a similar platform base my Dad had made for chair's couch, I used external house paint to make the furniture useable on the patio. The original cushions were disastrous so I ordered a custom cushion for the chair and for the couch from Cushion Source. Love the results. Mom would have enjoyed sitting in the chair."
