Body Pillows

A body pillow is an oversized pillow, which is designed to cradle and support the body during sleep and rest. Body pillows are also frequently referred to as Pregnancy Pillows as they provide comfort and sleeping support for expecting mothers.

The most basic body pillow is roughly rectangular, and roughly the length of the body. You can comfortably can lie against the pillow for extra back support, or use it as a prop to sit against. Regular pillows could be used to fill the same function, but they tend to shift and compress during sleep, ultimately not providing the same support that a body pillow does.

When placed between your knees, our body pillows offer support for your lower back as well as relieve strain on hips and mid-back commonly experienced during pregnancy. Body Pillows are available in both indoor fabrics and indoor / outdoor Sunbrella fabrics. The sizes and shapes of body pillows vary slightly, however most body pillows are either 16 or 20 inches in depth and from 36 to 72 inches in length.

All our body pillows use knife-edge style with a hidden zipper for easy removal and cleaning of the inner poly-bun. All our custom Body Pillows are made with an inner poly-bun which is filled with a loose poly-fiber. The inner poly-buns are circle-tacked to hold the loose poly-fiber in place. Unlike most body pillows who’s filler material gets all bunched up on one end or does not stay evenly distributed throughout the length of the body pillows, our circle-tacking method helps keep the filler in place for your comfort and convenience.
