Cushion will have double welting (cording/piping) along the seams. Most welting is generally cut on the bias, giving it an angled appearance, while striped fabrics are generally cut straight.

Measure the Width of the cushion as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

Measure the Depth of the cushion as the front to back measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.

Thickness is a matter of personal taste, but there are a few things to consider:
- Our most popular thickness is 3 inches.
- As a general rule, the thicker the cushion, the longer the cushion will provide comfortable support.
- Some fill types are not available for all thicknesses.

Foam fill is recommended for all indoor or protected outdoor applications since water may be retained in the foam cushion for longer periods of time. Click here for more info.

CumuPlush fill is a special layered blend of dry conjugate fiber and densified polyfiber designed to not retain water and resist mildew. This filling is recommended for outdoor applications and may also be used indoors. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. Click here for more info.

All 4 corners are boxed style (squared corners) instead of rounded.

All 4 corners are rounded off instead of boxed and pointed. All standard radiuses on rounded corner cushions are 4" and all tufted style radiuses are 8". Please see our information page regarding rounded corners.

No Ties

Ties on 4 Corners (Ties are sewn into the seam of each cushion corner. Each fabric tie is 12 to 14 inches in length.)

Ties on Each Side (Ties are sewn into the side seams of the cushion. Each fabric tie is 12 to 14 inches in length.)
