Got a call saying that my dimensions were not the same as the template I sent and it would mean a price increase. However, when I instructed that the template dimensions were correct, the price was reduced rather than increased. All received in good order.

It was important that we could get samples of the possible materials and they came promptly. When I ordered the cushions, I was a little leary that the "expedited" might not be reliable, but was delighted when the cushions showed up much sooner than I expected. They are very well made and attractive. The directions for measuring were clear and easy to follow. We are very happy with the process and the product. We needed them because the chairs did not have enough elevation.

This process was so easy from start to finish. We picked out the fabric from the online selections, sent in the measurements of our seats and just a few weeks later, the cushions arrived looking beautiful and fit perfectly. We got exactly what we needed and they look great!

I have had an amazing experience with Cushion Source. To date, I have ordered one large window seat cushion, one mudroom bench cushion, and four pillows. Everything looks better than I imagined. In particular, it has been so easy and efficient working with Peggy on receiving samples. Because of my concerns about high cost and poor quality, I have held off on ordering cushions for many years. I am thrilled that I took the chance with Cushion Source. My house is upgraded for it. I look forward to many more orders in the future.
