Our custom papasan cushions are filled with loose poly fill for a softer cushion, then sewn shut, without a zipper. All of our papasan cushions are stuffed to a target thickness of 5 inches and feature standard circle tacks.

Dart tack tufting consists of machine-blown loose poly fill (sometimes called "direct fill") after sewing the shell. This method can cause variance in thickness.

Direct Fill (Indoor/Outdoor)

Direct Fill consists of loose polyfiber that is blown directly into the cushion cover. The cushion is then sewn shut with no zipper. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be significantly greater than your specified thickness. More Info
