Because of variations from one computer screen to another, it's difficult to precisely match fabric color on our website. We suggest that you purchase fabric samples if color matching is important to your individual buying decision. To order fabric samples, click the "Order Sample" button while viewing the fabric of your choice in our Fabric Selection Tool. From there you will be able to cart your sample. You may also purchase fabrics by the yard for your own applications by clicking the "Order Fabric" tab.

Cushion Source can create custom products using fabric you already own! Simply choose "Send Us Your Own Fabric (COM)" as your Fabric Selection. There is a one-time (per order) non-refundable $25.00 charge for the handling of your material. Please read our COM Procedures for more information.
Customer's Own Material (COM) Procedures

Custom orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved.
Any problems or concerns with custom-made products must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Our workmanship is guaranteed within 6 months of receipt of your custom-made product. Please contact customer service with your concerns.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to determine if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If damage during shipping is discovered after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.
