Product Overview

Our traditional custom chaise cushions are ideal for home, hotel or outdoors. Our customization options allows you to build your chaise cushion with 1, 2, or 3 breaks. A smooth edge creates crisp corners and edges on the finished cushion. Create your own style by choosing from hundreds of our fabrics or we can customize your cushion with your own fabric. Our standard chaise cushions can be made for indoor or outdoor use, and your choice of ties can be added to make your new cushion perfect for you. Your finished cushion will be within ½" of your provided dimensions. Measurements do not include thickness of welting.

Measure the width of the cushion at the widest point as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

Thickness is a matter of personal taste, but there are a few things to consider:
- Our most popular thickness is 3 inches.
- As a general rule, the thicker the cushion, the longer the cushion will provide comfortable support.
- Some fill types are not available for all thicknesses.

Box Edge
Cushion will have a seam around the top and bottom edges and is available in a broader range of thicknesses.
CumuPlush (Indoor/Outdoor)
CumuPlush fill is a special layered blend of dry conjugate fiber and densified polyfiber designed to not retain water and resist mildew. This filling is recommended for outdoor applications and may also be used indoors. More Info
*Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1" greater than your specified thickness, as the insert's thickness is slightly larger, making sure you get that taut, filled effect.
Medium Foam (Indoor)
Foam fill is recommended for indoor or protected outdoor applications since water may be retained in the foam cushion for longer periods of time.
*Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1" greater than your specified thickness, as the insert's thickness is slightly larger, making sure you get that taut, filled effect.
Reticulated Foam (Indoor/Outdoor)
Reticulated foam is a porous, low-density foam. Lightweight and mildew resistant, reticulated foam is an excellent choice for outdoor settings.

Rounded
The corners are rounded. All rounded corners have a radius of 4 inches. If you require a different radius, a template will be required. More Info

Pinched connection uses a seam sewn in the middle to connect your cushions. This method is available on cushions up to 4" thick.
Joining Piece
Joining Piece connection uses a flap of fabric to connect your cushions. The flap size is the same thickness as the cushion, which allows you to place the back on top of the bottom, and to also fold it.
