Measure the Width of the cushion as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

Foam + Batting (Indoor)
Custom Cushion Filling Foam fill is only recommended for indoor applications since water may be retained in the foam for longer periods of time. Batting is added to the top and bottom of the foam to give the cushion an elegant, rounded look. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. This fill choice will create an additional 1/2" to 2" loft on both sides of your cushion. Click here for more info.

Square Cornered Cushions The corners are boxed style (squared corners) instead of rounded.
Rounded
Custom Cushion The corners are rounded off instead of boxed and pointed. All standard radiuses on rounded corner cushions are 4" and all tufted style radiuses are 8". Please see our information page regarding rounded corners.

Pinched
Pinched Pinched connection uses a seam sewn in the middle to connect your cushions. This method is available on cushions up to 4" thick.

Product Overview

If your chaise lounge requires a unique shaped custom cushion, we have you covered. Our deluxe unique shaped custom chaise cushion with decorative buttons allows you give us your dimensions and complete your order online but will require that you send us a template to ensure our production staff manufacture the exact cushion your chaise lounge requires. Relax, this is our specialty! If we have any questions, we will be sure to call you. Most chaise cushions will be covered by our standard chaise cushion or deluxe chaise cushion but some wood and aluminum chaise lounge chairs have special curves and notches making it very difficult to replace exact dimension cushions so a template is required.

Our outdoor chaise cushions are filled with either an outdoor compressed polyfiber that drains very well and is perfect to leave in all weather or our quality foam that is best in retaining its original shape but will hold water. You can choose from our wide selection of indoor/outdoor fabric, all designed to fit your unique shaped chaise. Because your chaise does not meet our standard shapes online, you will need to mail us a template. Our seasoned sewers can make virtually any shape cushion but you will need to make sure your template is accurate. We recommend you place your created template on your chaise frame to make sure it fits properly. Don't forget to measure each break of your chaise.

Your deluxe chaise cushion with buttons is made using our two fill options with 1" batting placed on the bottom and top to give a plush feel and a loft or crowned look to the chaise cushion. The amount of loft depends on the size of the cushion and the fabrics selected. The measurement of thickness will be taken seam to seam on the banding and does not include the loft added by the deluxe feature.
