Our Quick-Ship Value Cushion Program was developed for our customers that need quick turnaround as opposed to ordering fully custom cushions. By offering a limited selection of Sunbrella fabrics and cutting our Quick-Ship Value Cushions from premade templates, Cushion Source is able to produce these popular styles and sizes much faster. This 45" x 17.5" Cushion fits benches, gliders and loveseats that measure between 44" and 46" wide and 16.5" to 18.5" deep.

Shipping

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to determine if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If damage during shipping is discovered after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.

Warranty
The manufacturer of Sunbrella fabrics, Glen Raven Inc., provides a 5 year warranty on their furniture grade fabric effective from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers the solution-dyed acrylic fabric that has become unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. In the event that something happens to your fabric, Glen Raven will supply new fabric, free, to replace the fabric that has become unserviceable. This warranty does not cover our labor or freight related to replacement. Sunbrella is known throughout the industry as the best outdoor fabric available. Length of Warranty: Furniture Grade: 5 years
Return Policy

Custom orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved.
Any problems or concerns with custom-made products must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Our workmanship is guaranteed within 6 months of receipt of your custom-made product. Please contact customer service with your concerns.
