Our Fabric Gallery offers hundreds of fabrics to choose from, including top fabric brands such as Sunbrella, Robert Allen, Premier Prints, and Outdura. You can also use your own fabric or COM (Customer's Own Material) to create your custom cushion if you are unable to find your perfect fabric. Optional welting, ties, etc. are available to complete your design.
Optimal Comfort cushions are comprised of four components: a foam core; a layer of Memory Foam MicroGel; a layer of batting on top and bottom; all enclosed in a zippered liner (shell). The batting on top and bottom allows the cushion to be flipped whenever necessary. These cushions are extremely comfortable and will hold their shape over time.
Due to the direction of the fabric pattern, visible seams may be present on the top and bottom of the cushion and will not be able to be hidden.
To prevent this, you will need to change the direction of the fabric on your order.
