Decorating your sunroom is a must for springtime! The sun is shining, the temperatures are just right and the days seem a bit happier! There is nothing better than sitting in your sunroom and watching nature work its magic. I always tell myself, no matter how long the winter, spring is sure to follow. With March coming to an end, flowers will soon be in full bloom. Why not use this time to decorate your covered patio or sunroom so you can enjoy the beautiful weather. This Baja Floral indoor fabric by Robert Allen gives me a happy feeling at first glance. For me, it was love at first sight. Big, beautiful, girly florals are a hit this season! What better way to celebrate spring than with these fabulous colors! I imagine this design on a throw pillow paired with white whicker furniture or as a cushion set around the kitchen table.
Robert Allen Baja Stripe Poppy
This is another fabric by Robert Allen, Baja Stripe Poppy, that I thought coordinated perfectly with the floral pattern pictured above. Don’t be afraid to mix different patterns. Stripes and florals are in this spring! If you do a throw pillow in the floral pattern, do another in the stripe and pair them together for a perfect combination and a trendy look.
Sunbrella Macaw, Sunbrella Dupione Deep Sea & Sunbrella Melon
I love stripes and florals together, but the key is to know when enough is enough. If you choose a stripe and a floral, tie the two together with some solids. You can pick several different colors out of each pattern and accessorize with pops of color. Why not design your cushions in one of these Sunbrella solids and use the patterns as throw pillows! If you have several seats, be brave and design each cushion in a different solid. The possibilities are limitless when it comes to colors and springtime! Try incorporating a little flowery style and color in your room and see what happens!
